PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative potential therapeutic device capable of inhibiting or reducing the AC component superimposed on the negative potential regardless of the direction of insertion of a power plug by a user, preventing generation of electromagnetic waves by a simple structure, and safely and securely supplying the negative potential on a stable level. SOLUTION: The AC voltage of the AC power supply AC is rectified and increased N times by an N-time voltage rectification circuit, and a negative polarity voltage is generated in a node F. When a line L1 is connected to a non-active line of the AC power supply AC, a switch SA is turned on and a switch SB is turned off. When a line L2 is connected to the non-active line of the AC power supply AC, the switch SA is turned off and the switch SB is turned on. The constant voltage is kept between a node C and a node E by a Zener diode ZD2, and the constant voltage is kept between the node D and a node E by a Zener diode ZD2.
