PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply/exhaust port mountable without applying unreasonable force thereto with enhanced construction efficiently, reducing increase in pressure loss due to the bending of a duct. SOLUTION: The air supply/exhaust port comprises a grille 4 arranged on a ceiling or on the indoor side face of a wall, and an air supply/exhaust port body 1 communicating with the grille 4 via an air duct and having a duct connection portion 2 on one side, the duct connection portion 2 being optionally changeable in the direction when connected to the duct provided in the reverse side of ceiling or wall in any direction.
