PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure in a mounting part of an outer wall panel in a foundation corner bead which prevents a caulking material from being fractured due to shrinkage in the plane direction of an exterior material of an outer wall panel and secures waterproof property over a long period. SOLUTION: A lower half of an outer surface of a lower frame material 3 of the outer wall panel 4 is a foundation parting fixing surface 6 for fixing the foundation parting 5. A horizontal piece 7 for receiving is provided at an upper end of the foundation parting 5 and a vertical piece 8 for fixing is protruded upwardly of a top end of the holding horizontal piece 7. A deformable follow piece 9 is extended from an upper part of the vertical piece 8 for fixing to correspond to a position upwardly of the horizontal piece 7 for receiving. The vertical piece 8 for fixing of the foundation parting 5 is brought into contact with the foundation parting fixing surface 6 of the lower half of the outer surface of the lower frame material 3 of a panel frame 2 and is fixed by a fixing tool 10, and the following piece 9 is brought into contact with a rear part of a lower end surface of the exterior material 1. The caulking material 12 is filled into a U shaped recess part 11 surrounded with the lower end surface of the exterior material 1, the following piece 9, the vertical piece 8 for fixing, and the holding horizontal piece 7.
