PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing wall body harmonizable with a natural scenery, and having superior durability. SOLUTION: An intermediate reinforcing wall body 3 is composed of a vegetation sandbag 5 arranged on a face of slope of banking, a buried reinforcing material 8 arranged on the rear side of the vegetation sandbag 5 and buried in the banking, a reinforcement mesh 11 arranged on the front side of the vegetation sandbag 5, and a central connecting material 7 for connecting the buried reinforcing material 8 and the reinforcement mesh 11 to the vegetation sandbag 5. The central connecting material 7 is composed of a rear side column part 17 arranged on the rear side of the vegetation sandbag 5 and extending in the vertical direction, a front side column part 16 arranged on the front side of the vegetation sandbag 5, attached with the reinforcement mesh 11 and extending in the vertical direction, a connecting part 18 arranged on the lower side of the vegetation sandbag 5 and connecting the column parts 16 and 17, and a slide connecting member 14 arranged on the upper side of the vegetation sandbag 5 so as to straddle the column parts 16 and 17, attached with the buried reinforcing material 8 and slidable along the column parts 16 and 17.
