摘要 <p>The invention relates to cleaning and dividing a mixture by rectification process consisting in forming reflux in condensers by evaporating a coolant supplied from a storage. The inventive method consists in collecting coolant vapours in a cooling chamber for liquefying, in adding a liquid coolant to the liquefied coolant from the storage and in supplying it to the condensers for evaporation associated with a flowrate control for each condenser according to a required pressure in the contact cavity of a respective rectification tower. A chamber for receiving a stream feeding a mass-exchange device (of the rectification tower) comprises a nozzle section whose specific area is less than the specific area of a nozzle concentration part and is provided with a heater and a thermoconverter, wherein the feeding stream socket is provided with a thermal bridge. The concentration and exhaustive parts have different sizes of clear cross sections, comprise reflux distributors and redistributors which are mounted along a height from each other at a distance L=(150 DIVIDED 300) d eq, wherein d eq is the equivalent nozzle diameter and additional perforated tubular vertical inserts are arranged in the drain holes of the bottoms of the reflux distributors and redistributors. The straight-tube pipe still of an intermediate heat carrier condenser comprises at least one channel whose cross section area is commensurable with a total area of the passage sections of heat-exchange tubes and a still electric heater has a heat-conductive base comprising an electroheating element which is placed, covered with heat conductive powder and is pressed against a still bottom by ties provided with springs. Said invention improves the reliability and reduces the coolant and metal consumption.</p>
