A door (6) for a commercial oven (1), e.g. a hot air steam oven, has a double glazed door with two drip trays at the bottom edge; one drip tray (12) fitted to the inside of the door and a lower drip tray (5) fitted to the oven. The door mounted drip tray is mounted slightly away from the door to form an air gap (12) to provide an unimpeded airflow up into the space between the door panels, compared to the conventional design with a meandering reduced airflow.
