[PROBLEMS] A seal not causing a medium on which the seal is affixed to be soiled by a soak of ink even in continuous seal affixing. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A fixed seal-letter section (100) has a fixed seal-letter body (112) on which a seal-letter surface (111) is formed and has an ink containing body (113) coming into contact with the fixed seal-letter body (112) to supply ink. In substantially the center of the fixed seal-letter body (112) is provided a substantially rectangular exposure hole (114) penetrating the fixed seal-letter body (112), and in substantially the center of the ink containing body (113) is provided a through-hole (115) slightly smaller than the exposure hole (114). A selected seal-letter surface (211) of a moving letter body (210) is exposed from the through-hole (115) and the exposure hole (114), and in seal affixing, a seal image is formed by the seal-letter surface (111) and the seal-letter surface (211). If the ink oozes out from the fixed seal-letter body (112) by pressure in seal affixing and a pumping effect in continuous seal affixing, the ink is absorbed from an inner wall (116), and in addition, absorbed from the ink containing body (113) projecting into the exposure hole (114).
