FIELD: conversion of optical radiation by using nanotechnology. ^ SUBSTANCE: transparent nano-particles having volume of 10-15 cm3 are illuminated by white light. Nano-particles are activated by impurity atom with concentration of 1020-1021cm-3 and are strengthened in form of monolayer onto transparent substrate.
