<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifying device by which a sound pressure level of a frequency characteristic of a channel under adjustment can be corrected to a certain level for a listener to adjust correctly the frequency characteristic even when the listener adjusts manually the frequency characteristic of an output signal of each channel. <P>SOLUTION: In the amplifying device, the following action is performed: a mensuring signal with a frequency characteristic preliminarily set is output from a speaker to determine a frequency characteristics of the output signal on the basis of a corrected signal by a microphone; when the frequency characteristic of the output signal has been changed, the sound pressure level in an audible band of the output signal with the frequency characteristic preliminarily set is determined by an arithmetical operation and further the sound pressure level in the audible band of the output signal with the frequency characteristic changed is determined by the arithmetical operation; and then, the sound pressure level of the output signal with the frequency characteristic changed is corrected to the sound pressure level of the output signal with the frequency characteristic preliminarily set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
