<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing ceramics which enables to easily design and manufacture ceramics suppressed in variation of characteristics even in the manufacturing process by evaluating the characteristics and properties even in the manufacturing process as the same as in the developing process. <P>SOLUTION: At least one condition among the compositions, particle size distribution and firing condition of a porcelain composition is adjusted so that all of the electric chracteristics, mechanical characteristics and Rietvelt analysis results on the manufacturing level clear the target values set on laboratory level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
