<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble formation device capable of uniformly forming the bubble and forming the rough bubble, and a pump type bubbling out vessel. <P>SOLUTION: A means for solving the problem comprises the bubble formation device provided with a cylinder body 32 and a plurality of partition plates 33 axially arranged in the cylinder body 32 with a predetermined gap. The plurality of partition plates 33 have communication parts 35 for making adjacent spaces 34 communicate with each other divided by the cylinder body 32 and the plurality of partition plates 33 respectively and the communication parts 35 are formed on the respective partition plates 33 such that air and the liquid passing through the communication parts 35 and intruding into the space 34 substantially rise toward the adjacent partition plates 33, the rising air and liquid are stirred by the adjacent partition plates 33 and the air and the liquid pass through the communication parts 35 formed on the partition plates 33 and intrude to the next space 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
