<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical observation apparatus which displays projection images on a display means by a projection means and is equipped with an input means operated suitably by an operator even during the surgery without making the neighborhood of a surgery site or an operating room complicated. <P>SOLUTION: The observation apparatus has projectors 4a, 4b designed as a projection means for projecting images of the surgery site or the like, a sterilized image display panel 22 designed as the display means for displaying the images by the projectors, a touch-sensitive panel 24 used as the input means for setting devices used during the surgery or the like, and a supporting arm 3 for supporting the image display panel 22 and the touch-sensitive panel 24. The image display panel 22 and the touch-sensitive panel 24 are equipped with an attachment and detachment mechanism for detachably attaching the panels to prescribed positions, and the touch-sensitive panel 24 is provided at a position not to block the projection light projected to the image display panel 22 by the projectors 4a, 4b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
