<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and an information processing system improving reliability. <P>SOLUTION: An information generation apparatus 1 is constituted to have a control means controlling a driving timing so that a light source driving part is intermittently driven only in a driving period DRT synchronized with a charge storage period EST of reference pulse signals S10.
