PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the security of electronic data.

SOLUTION: This electronic data providing device is provided with an information storage part 14 and a processing part 15 for controlling the storage part. Then, the information storing part 14 is stored with the operation authority classification of a user for every element configuring electronic data being the target of management. Also, the processing part 15 refers to the information storage part 14 in response to a request from an input part 11, and provides the electronic data according to the operation authority classification of the user for every element.
