<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head drum device, which is provided with a rotary transformer holding means formed of a resin material, which is inexpensive and can be assembled at high accuracy, and which can extremely reduce the scrap loss, by disassembling and recycling the defective assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary transformer holding member includes a hole part into which a shaft is pressed and inserted and a protruded part for fixing a stationary side rotary transformer, and is composed of the resin material having the longitudinal modulus of elasticity of 3,000 MPa-60,000 MPa.
