PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the windscreen of a motorcycle which produces a gorgeous design with colors changed by the interference of light according to a visual angle from a front side and secures good visibility by increasing the transmittance of light from a back side. SOLUTION: The coating film layer 8 of a pearl gloss coating is formed uniformly on the surface of a translucent polycarbonate resin plate 7 (Fig. a), and the protective film of a transparent top coat layer 9 is formed on the coating film layer 8 (Fig. b). Next, the polycarbonate resin plate 7 with the coating film layer 8 and the top coat layer 9 formed on the surface is mounted on a lower mold 10 (Fig. c) and heated/compressed by the lower mold 10 and an upper mold 11 (Fig. d). In the pearl gloss coating, 5% of an inorganic powder 6 of a size of 10-200μm with mica coated with titanium oxide is contained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
