PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving posture adjusting device for an automobile capable of efficiently adjusting a driving posture to be an appropriate one when position adjusting mechanisms can be adjusted according to a request of an occupant. SOLUTION: The driving posture adjusting device comprises a seat position adjusting mechanism for adjusting a position of a seat and the plurality of position adjusting mechanisms capable of adjusting relative positions between the seat and a plurality of on-vehicle members used by the occupant seated on the seat by adjusting positions of the on-vehicle members as well as capable of being operated by the occupant. The driving posture of the occupant is adjusted by adjusting each position adjusting means according to the position of the seat. The device is additionally provided with a guide control means 74 and a display means 100, etc., for indicating adjustment procedures of the position adjusting mechanisms including confirmation points and orders for adjusting the position to the occupant.
