PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin processing method capable of processing a resin with high productivity at a low cost. SOLUTION: A first resin 11, a second resin 12 and a third resin 13 are arranged in this order. The transmissivity of the second resin 12 is larger than that of the third resin 13 in the wavelength of a laser beam L. The laser beam L is emitted from the side of the first resin 11. The emitted laser beam L is incident on the first resin 11 and transmitted through the second resin 12 to be also incident on the third resin 13. When the first resin 11 is irradiated with the laser beam L, it is cured. Further, when the third resin 13 is irradiated with the laser beam, the third resin 13 generates heat to mutually weld the second resin 12 and the third resin 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
