PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamping seal, even at continuous stamping with which no staining of a medium to be sealed due to the bleeding of ink develops. SOLUTION: In a fixed stamping part 100, a fixed stamping body 112, in which a stamping face 111 is formed, and an ink storing body 113, which supplies ink through the contact with the fixed stamping body 112. At the near center of the fixed stamping body 112, a near rectangular bare hole 114 passing through the fixed stamping body 112 is bored and, at the near center of the ink storing body 113, a through hole 115, which is a size smaller than the bare hole 114, is bored. Through the through hole 115 and the bare hole 114, the selected stamping face 211 of a travelling stamping body 210 exposes itself, so as to form a print of seal at stamping by the stamping face 111 and the stamping face 211. When ink oozes out of the fixed stamping body 112 by the pressure at stamping and the pumping effect due to continuous stamping, the ink is absorbed by an inner wall 116 and the ink storing body 113 jutted out within the bare hole 114.
