PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creasing device capable of preventing the bursting of bag paper or the damage of the edge of a scoring blade caused by the positional shift of the scoring blade and a groove. SOLUTION: The creasing device is composed of a scoring roll 2 and a receiving roll 3, and the scoring blade 4 is provided to the outer peripheral surface of the scoring roll 2 in a protruded state along the peripheral direction thereof. The groove 5 engaged with the outer peripheral surface of a receiving roll 3 is formed along the peripheral direction thereof.
