PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-touch connector for a tracheotomy tube which can firmly maintain the connection of the tracheotomy tube and smoothly release the connection. SOLUTION: A male terminal portion 2 is provided with an outer peripheral engagement surface 5 and an annular projection portion 6. A female terminal portion 3 is provided with an inner peripheral engagement surface. An external cylinder 9 is provided around the outer periphery of the female terminal portion 3. In the external cylinder 9, when a pair of first opposite wall portions 10 facing each other are pressed, a pair of second opposite wall portions 11 are flexed and separated from each other. Both first opposite wall portions 10 are provided with pressing pawls 14, and both second opposite wall portions 11 are provided with locking pawls 15. A regulation member 16 is provided between the outer periphery of the female terminal part 3 and the first opposite wall portions 10 so as to be freely inserted and detached. When the regulation member 16 is inserted between the outer periphery of the female terminal part 3 and the first opposite wall portions 10, it regulates the deflection in an approaching direction of the first opposite wall portions 10 and maintains the state that the locking pawl 15 is locked to the annular projection portion 6.
