PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a transplanter having an abrasion resistant member attached by using a tapping screw to a supporting member made of a soft material and supporting a seedling tray in a laterally reciprocable manner on the sliding face of the abrasion resistant member, where the problem comprises the collapse of the screw thread of the tapping screw formed on the supporting member made of the soft material caused by the repeated attaching and detaching operations of the abrasion resistant member. SOLUTION: A slide piece 31 having a recess 31a is fixed to an apron 18, the supporting member 25 having an attaching plate is laterally placed on the reverse face under the seedling tray 12, the abrasion resistant member 28 is fixed to the attaching part of the supporting member 25 with screw means 26, 27, and the seedling tray 12 is supported in a laterally reciprocable manner through sliding faces S1, S2 formed on the abrasion resistant member 28 and on the slide piece 31 by holding the screw means protruded toward the slide piece 31 in the recess 31a.
