PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply having a repletive protective function capable of protecting the power supply against assumed destructive factors. SOLUTION: In addition to the protective function of a conventional power supply, an overcurrent detection circuit for an input current, an overvoltage detection circuit for an output voltage, an undervoltage detection circuit for an output voltage, and an overtemperature detection circuit for a semiconductor switching element are provided. The power supply can be protected from an overcurrent of an input current, an overvoltage of an output voltage, an undervoltage of an output voltage, and an overtemperature of the semiconductor switching element.
