PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized piezoelectric oscillator in which a frequency can be finely adjusted even after resin molding, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: There are provided a vibrator package 30 which houses a piezoelectric vibrating piece 32 therein, and a semiconductor device 80 which incorporates an oscillation circuit electrically connected with this vibrator package 30. The vibrator package 30 and the semiconductor device 80 are fixed on mutually difference surfaces of a lead frame 10, respectively, and molded with a resin 21 so as to externally expose a transparent lid body 39 of the vibrator package 30, and a lead terminal 11 of the lead frame 10 is connected with the semiconductor device 80 by a vamp 15.
