PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide metadata which can efficiently use a buffer, is easy to perform a random access, and is scarcely influenced by data loss, when carrying out the process, combining the moving image at televiewer's hand and metadata which are at the televiewer's hand or over a network. SOLUTION: The metadata is composed by including one or more Vclick access units which is provided with data specifying an effective period, object region data which describes a time space region in the moving image, and a display attribute and/or an operation attribute; and which is an independently processable data unit.
