PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device, preventing a fixed part of a drive side rotor and a driven side rotor from being loosened due to long-time use. SOLUTION: An outer ring 11 is formed by pressing a rolled steel plate, after forming, heat treatment is performed to raise the hardness of the surface of the outer ring 11, whereby each bolt seating surface part 11e is not easily deformed in the fastening direction of each bolt 11c in a long-term use. Therefore, lowering of axial fastening force of each bolt 11c is restrained, that is, the power can be surely transmitted over a long term. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
