PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use locker system allowing both input of cash and use of a charge amount of a cellphone or an IC card while allowing unlocking of a locker box by use of the conveniently portable cellphone or IC card. SOLUTION: A locker door 2a is opened to store baggage, and a locking switch 23 is operated. Communication is performed between a centralized controller 1 and the cellphone T by infrared light. Charge data and an ID code of the cellphone T are read by the centralized controller 1. When the charge amount is insufficient for a use charge, the input of an insufficient charge is guided on an operation display part 12a. The charge is put in from coin inlets 16a, 15a.
