PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function cooperating system which improves the security level more than the conventional one. SOLUTION: The function cooperating system 10 comprises an MA 20, an SA 30 having a function provider 31 for providing the MA 20 with functions, and a key server 40 having a key information generator 41 for generating MA key information used by the MA 20. The MA 20 has an SAID reader 21 for reading the ID of the SA 30 from the SA 30, an ID sender 23 for sending the read ID of the SA 30 by the SAID reader 21 from the SA 30 and the ID of the MA 20 itself to the key server 40, and a key information sender 24 for sending the MA key information generated by the key information generator 41 to the SA 30. The key information generator 41 generates different MA key information every time, based on the ID of the MA 20 sent by the ID sender 23 and the ID of the SA 30, and the function provider 31 decides whether providing the MA 20 with functions, based on the MA key information sent by the key information sender 24.
