<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorded sound data delivery system capable of efficiently distributing a record sound in a joint practice in the band by use of a network. <P>SOLUTION: A recorder 1 is lent out when members in a band practice performance in a band a practice studio facility S. The band performance is recorded by the recorder 1. When the practice is ended, the recorder 1 is connected to an upload device 2 to upload the recorded data to a server 4. After the upload, the recorder 1 is returned to the studio. Each band member goes back home directly, accesses the server device 4 by a personal computer 5 in his/her own house H, downloads the recorded data uploaded to the directory of the band, and reproduces them in the personal computer or an audio device.
