<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an installing area and to improve workability at a shipping time in a GIS having a power receiving unit, a VCT unit, and a primary unit of a transformer. <P>SOLUTION: The GIS1 includes the power receiving unit 2, the VCT unit 3, and the primary unit 4 of the transformer. In the GIS1, the power receiving unit and the primary unit of the transformer are arranged back to back, and arranged on the side face of the VCT unit. The lateral size can be shrunk without increasing the depth of a GIS dimension. Moreover, the number of dividing at shipping can be reduced.
