PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip, pointed to a member such as an insulator in fitting the insulator to a car body and easily and properly fitted to the insulator or the like. SOLUTION: This clip 1 for fitting a second member 6 such as an insulator to a first member such as a car body is composed of a first clip member 2 fitted to the first member and a second clip member 3 supporting the second member in cooperation with the first clip member. The first clip 2 includes: a flange 7 brought into surface contact with the first member; a leg part 9 extended from a flange 7 and engaged with a fitting hole edge part when it is inserted in a fitting hole of the first member; and a shaft part 10 extended from the flange in the opposite direction to the leg part to be locked on the second clip member. The second clip member 3 includes: a flange 19 brought into surface contact with the second member; a cylinder part 21 for receiving the clinder 10; and a locking claw 22 formed on the inside of the cylindrical part and locked on the shaft part. The tip of the shaft part 10 is provided with a locking part 15 engaged with the locking claw 22 to keep the state of holding the second member between the flange 7 and the flange 19.
