PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the security of an information processing system by distributing personal information used in authentication. SOLUTION: This information processing system comprises a host computer (host side) 2 delivering information; and the information processor (client side )3 receiving information delivered from the host computer 2. The information processor 3 is provided with biological individual information authentication function of performing authentication by use of fingerprints (biological individual information). The information processor 3 includes fingerprint data (biological individual information data) 59 to be referred to at the time of authentication a connection requester who requests the connection with the host computer 2.
