PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-Zn based die cast product in which the defect of blistering is reduced, and thermal energy cost is low compared with conventional arts, and which has sacrificial anode properties. SOLUTION: In the homogenizing treatment method capable of reducing blistering and lowering energy cost, the Al-Zn based die cast alloy product is heated for 2 to 30 min in the high temperature region of 400 to 500°C, and for 0.3 to 5 hr in the intermediate temperature region of 300 to 400°C.
