PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating water of a combined cycle electric power plant suppressing a corrosion product such as an oxidized scale or the like produced in the water such as condensate, feed water or the like by applying a composite neutral water treating method (CWT method), making longer-lived and capable of stably operating, a method for treating the water, and the combined cycle electric power plant. SOLUTION: The apparatus for treating the water of the combined cycle electric power plant provides the combined cycle electric power plant, which combines a waste heat recovery boiler 2, a steam turbine plant 3 and a condensate and a feed water systems 4 with a gas turbine plant 1, with a water quality control device 45 for maintaining the water alkaline and also controlling a water quality by coexisting with oxygen.
