PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying device which remarkably improves a treatment efficiency of water to be treated, and has an excellent purifying performance. SOLUTION: In the treatment space of the water purifying device, a perforated plate where a photocatalytic functioner made of at least a photosemiconductor powder adheres to its surface is installed so as to intersect almost perpendicularly to the flow of the water to be treated passing through the treatment space.
