PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing milk foam or warm milk drinks, and a simple and cost-effective apparatus applied with the method which enables a simple operation and maintenance. SOLUTION: Milk is suctioned from a container 1 by means of a pump 2 and conveyed to an outlet 8 in the method and apparatus for producing milk foam or warm milk drinks. The milk is sent through a continuous-flow heater 4 during suction and is conveyed to the outlet 8 via a throttle point 9.
