PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visualize a cellular phone screen by stably installing a cellular phone and by reducing an installation space in a mobile environment, under the use of a bicycle, motor bicycle, car, wheelchair, fitness instrument, and the like in various scenes in social life. SOLUTION: A pedestal is installed on the cellular phone on its back face. An installation pedestal is installed on a mounting object side. A cellular phone pedestal has an engaging latch and a parallel guide groove. The installation pedestal is installed on the mounting object with an installation section conforming to the installation portion shape of the mounting object and has an engaging latch and a parallel guide section at its reverse side. This configuration stably holds the cellular phone pedestal in the back and forth, right and left, and upward and downward directions by latching engagement with the installation pedestal of the mounting object and by a simple operation while pressing and sliding the cellular phone pedestal against an installation pedestal-built-in spring. Furthermore, a pivot mechanism and a swing mechanism are provided on the installation pedestal.
