PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cryptographic key of data communication from being estimated. SOLUTION: First communication equipment 100 generates a plurality of cryptographic keys by a key generating part 110, and stores them in a key storage part 105. The information of the plurality of cryptographic keys is converted into image data by a data converting part 106, and displayed as an image at an image display part 107. Then, second communication equipment 200 reads the image of the image display part 107 by an image reading part 211, and decodes it into the plurality of original cryptographic keys by a key decoding part 212, and stores them in a key storage part 205. The first communication equipment 100 and the second communication equipment 200 perform data communication by using the plurality of cryptographic keys while successively switching those cryptographic keys corresponding to each other.
