PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the observation of a telescope apparatus becomes impossible and the security of directivity precision is difficult when outdoor conditions are bad. SOLUTION: The telescope apparatus is provided with: support walls which form a quadrangle for a base surface; frames which are supported on the upper end of respective angle parts of the support walls and form ridge lines of a rectangular parallelpiped on the above side of the support wall corresponding to the quadrangle of the support walls, a dome part which has planar transparent plates respectively fixed respectively on adjacent frames; and a telescope which is installed so as to rotate in all around directions or vertical directions on the inside of the dome part, has a prescribed aperture and focal distance for the frames and is designed such that the frames are not imagined within the visible image in the observation direction where the object is observed via the frames and the dome part.
