<p>An apparatus for preventing bird from coming flying, comprising a simulated bird formed by simulating a bird of prey and a support pole for disposing the simulated bird in the air, characterized in that the support pole is formed in a multi-stage extending/retracting structure in which a plurality of different diameter pipes are extendably joined to each other and extended by air pressure. Normally, the support pole is vertically installed, and the set height of the simulated bird is adjusted by adjusting the length of the support pole with air pressure. Also, the support pole is covered watertight by a waterproof boot extended/retracted according to the extension/retraction of the support pole to prevent water from entering therein through the joints of the different diameter pipes. For example, the waterproof boot is formed in a bellows-like flexible structure. The apparatus can be formed in an all weather type by peripherally installing, in the waterproof boot, electric wires necessary for driving electric power supply lines and control signal lines connected to a motor and an electronic sound generating device. Also, the apparatus can be formed movable by mounting the support pole on a vehicle such as a truck or a light van to change a coming flying prevention area.</p> |
