MICROWAVE BAKING FURNACE WITH DRYING FUNCTION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave baking furnace with drying function such that a subject to be treated can be consistently dried in a short time in a drying process.

SOLUTION: The microwave baking furnace with drying function comprises a magnetron 11 for heating a subject 1 to be treated by intermittently radiating a microwave, a thermocouple 14 for measuring the temperature in the furnace in which the subject 1 to be treated is contained, a singular point-detecting means 15 for detecting a singular point at the thermocouple 14 on the basis of the variation of temperature in the furnace versus time, and a control section 15 having a function as a radiation-stopping means for stopping the radiation of the magnetron 11 immediately after the detection of the singular point at the thermocouple 14 by the singular point-detecting means 15.
