<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase moisture adsorbing/desorbing quantity of an adsorbent in an adsorption heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: The adsorption heat exchangers 61, 62 alternately conduct adsorption/desorption of moisture by switching the circulation of refrigerant of a refrigerant circuit 60 conducting refrigerating cycle by connecting a compressor 63, an expansion valve 65, two adsorption heat exchangers 61, 62 supporting the adsorbent capable of adsorbing and desorbing the moisture. A superheat degree control part 71 is mounted to increase a degree of superheat of a sucked gas refrigerant of the compressor 63 by reducing an opening of the expansion valve 65 in comparison with a normal opening. As the quantity of sensible heat of a discharged refrigerant of the compressor 63 is increased, and the adsorbent is further heated by the refrigerant, the moisture desorption quantity is further increased.
