<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and economical constitution for determining a power-off time in an actuator operating a roll shutter or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The concerned actuator includes at least two terminals (P0, N0) for being connected to voltage sources (AC-H, AC-N), an electric motor (MOT), and a control unit (MCU) connected to a means (RLU) supplying electric power from the voltage source to the motor, the control unit includes a voltage converter (PSU) supplying electric power to a micro controller (CPU) driving a means supplying electric power to the motor.
