PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy in temperature of a heat medium supplied to a cooled object by allowing cooling capacity of a refrigerating apparatus to follow the variation of thermal load of the cooled object. SOLUTION: A pre-tank 36 is mounted as a means for setting an arrival time ts of the heat medium passing through a temperature sensor 45 at a cooler 40, a timing for varying the cooling capacity of the cooler 40 on the basis of a detection temperature of the temperature sensor 45 is substantially agreed with a timing of the arrival of the heat medium at the cooling unit 40. Further by mounting a buffer tank 34 at a downstream side of the cooler 40, the variation of temperature of the heat medium can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
