PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence microscope that makes it possible to observe the same observation face on a specimen irrespective of an observation method. SOLUTION: The fluorescence microscope comprises: a first illuminating optical system (3) for illuminating a specimen (O), labelled with a fluorescent substance, with exciting light; a second illuminating optical system (4) for illuminating the specimen with specific light different from the exciting light; a moving means (2) for changing a distance between the specimen and the object lens; a storage means (8b) for storing information about an amount of displacement between the focal point of the object lens during a fluorescent observation with the exciting light and the focal point of the object lens during a different observation with the specific light; and a control means for driving the moving means in accordance with the amount of displacement between the fluorescent observation and the different observation.
