<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing sealing device for a rolling stock which has a superior wear-resistant property and is at low costs and has a superior sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: A bearing inner ring 3 and an oil thrower, namely, a seal wear ring 5 are fitted on an axle shaft 1, and a bearing outer ring 4 assembled in an axle box 2 is mounted on the outside of the bearing inner ring 3. An elastic seal 7 assembled in the same axle box 2 is mounted on an outer circumference of the seal wear ring 5, and a coating film 9a such as a coating film of TiN and TiCN harder than SiO<SB>2</SB>and Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, in which the film thickness is 3 μ (the film thickness of 2-4 μ is acceptable), is applied on a surface layer of a portion sliding with a seal lip 7a on the outer circumference of the seal wear ring 5.
