<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber unwoven fabric having a high gas diffusion property, water draining property, and excellent electric contact owing to its small surface irregularities (small surface roughness), easy to wind in roll-shape, which can be effectively manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: On the unwoven fabric made of a plurality of carbon fibers, keeping its form by entangling the carbon fibers, the distribution of fine pores formed in the carbon fiber unwoven fabric is made to have at least two peak values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
