<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion electroconductive electrolyte exhibiting a high ion conductivity at nearly room temperature and keeping interface resistance to an electrode low. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion conductive electrolyte comprises a polymer and a lithium salt, wherein the polymer is a polymer synthesized by containing a salt monomer and a multifunctional monomer, or comprises a polymer, a lithium salt, an ambient temperature-molten salt and/or a flame resistant electrolyte solubilizing agent, wherein the polymer has a polymerizable functional group and is synthesized by containing a salt monomer comprising an ammonium cation and an organic anion. The salt monomer is a compound formed from the ammonium cation having a polymerizable functional group and an organic anion having a polymerizable functional group.
