PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a foamed synthetic resin realizing good froth foaming using water as a foaming agent. SOLUTION: The apparatus is designed to mix an active hydrogen compound (A) with an isocyanate compound (B) in the presence of a catalyst (C), a foaming agent (D) and a foam stabilizer (E) and carry out froth foaming. The apparatus is characterized as follows. Water (D1) and an inert gas (D2) are used as the foaming agent (D). The apparatus is equipped with a plurality of raw material tanks 10 and 20 for feeding components (A) to (E) except the (D2), a mixing means 30 for collision mixing of the components fed from each raw material tank, forced feeding means 50 and 61-64 for forcedly feeding the components in each raw material tank to the mixing means with a pressurized gas and inert gas-introducing means 52 and 65 for introducing the inert gas (D2) into the interior of the mixing means and/or in a flow channel connecting at least one of raw material tank to the mixing means.
