PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aliphatic polyester-based resin composition exhibiting high orientation and high water resistance in a low stretch ratio and its stretch-formed material. SOLUTION: The stretch-formed material is obtained by stretching an aliphatic polyester-based resin composition, prepared by mixing an aliphatic polyester resin with a trifunctional epoxy compound, in a low stretch ratio.
